Synopsis
THE SAGA OF A BRAVEHEART - a cinematic biopic is based on the true story of Lt Col Ajit Bhandarkar, Shaurya Chakra (P) - who was martyred in 1999. Going beyond a conventional biopic, THE SAGA OF A BRAVEHEART serves as a poignant reflection of the lives of the people in the Armed Forces, dedicating their lives to Mahan Bharat. It sheds light on the sacrifices made by these individuals and their families, who endure a life far from the ordinary, living on the edge.

Director's Biography
MAYA CHANDRA
Maya Chandra is a veteran film production entrepreneur and has been in the industry for over 25 years. Armed with a Master's Degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in video filmmaking from Boston, and work experience from Columbia Broadcasting Service, Boston, Maya returned to her roots in Bangalore. Maya has worked on a wide variety of domains and created path-breaking trends in Government & Healthcare Communications.
